Before we ship your candles we put them through a quality assurance check to make sure you receive the highest quality products. We take pride in making sure each customer is satisfied with their Nature's Elements Co. experience.
If your product arrives broken, we will replace it free of charge. Photos of the broken products will be required. For all replacement inquiries please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your product. Please include your name, address, order number, and photos of the broken candle(s).
If you are not satisfied with your product, returns may be made at any period and a full refund will be processed. We offer free shipping on returns for orders over $100. Shipping cost will be deducted on smaller orders. Refunds will be processed through the original payment within five business days of us receiving the returned product.
