We offer to ship to all addresses in the United States as well as international shipping. Your order will arrive at your doorstep within 6 - 10 days using Economy. We offer expedited shipping via USPS and UPS. Customers are responsible for any import duty and/or tariffs on international orders. We offer local delivery to select zip codes in the greater Seattle area. Local delivery range from .99 to 5.99. Local deliveries are fulfilled within 3-5 business days. Please contact us at info@natureselementsco.com if you require expedited local delivery as same-day delivery may be available. 

We offer local pick up for select locations. Our pickup location is the Fremont Sunday Market from 10am to 4pm. Orders placed by Saturday will be made available on Sunday. 

Due to the nature of shipping, if your items arrive broken or damaged we will replace them at no extra cost. To make a claim send a picture of the damaged items to info@natureselementsco.com, along with your name, and order number.
