Before we ship your items we put them through a quality assurance check to make sure you receive the highest quality products. We take pride in making sure each customer is satisfied with their Nature's Elements experience
If your product arrives broken, we will replace it free of charge. Photos of the broken item will be required within 7 days. For all replacement inquries please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, address, order number, and photos of the broken item(s).
If you are not satisfied with your products, unused product returns may be made within 60 days and a full refund will be processed. We are unable to refund used merchandise. We offer free shipping on returns for orders over $100. Buyer is reponsible for shipping below $100. Refunds will be processed through the original payment within five business days of us receiving the returned product.
